The decking is complete on the back porch and it's so nice to step out the door onto a nice flat surface. It's 20 x 12 and I am loving the space!
And on a totally different note, here's a good example of lazy. Our cat, Smidge dozed in this box all afternoon. I mean really, cats can find the darnest places to sleep.

What did you do your deck with? We used treated decking boards and I'm wondering if we should have gone with something less toxic. Everyone says nothing else "lasts" but I'm sure they didn't have treated decking boards on all of those old cabins and bars I still see standing in these parts.
